About The Williamsburg Chapter
The Williamsburg chapter of Cycling Without Age is a joint project of the Williamsburg Area Bicyclists, a local recreational bicycle club and BikeWalk Williamsburg, a local cycling and walking advocacy organization. We were founded in February, 2018 and acquired our first trishaw in June, 2018. We are currently working with seven local Continuing Care Retirement Communities in the Williamsburg Area. We normally offer rides on safe and scenic local multi-use paths and roads such as the Virginia Capital Trail, the Jamestown Island tour roadway and Colonial Williamsburg.

Chapter Status & Plans
We are now the proud owners of two trishaws! We have over 40 local cyclists trained and approved as pilots and thus far have provided about 125 rides to 225 passengers. We are continually looking for ways to reach out to other retirement communities and local residents who would enjoy “feeling the wind in their hair”.
